7.2.7.3 - CLEAR DEPOSIT SLIPS
USAGE: To clear the Bank Deposit Slip file.
DISCUSSION: If you choose to print Deposit Slips, T.L.A. will make
an entry in the Bank Deposit slip file for every Receipt entered either through
Debtors or General Ledger. This program clears this file. Normally this is done
after the BANK DEPOSIT SLIP has been
printed, but it is possible to clear the file manually from this menu option.
When you start the program you will be asked, CLEAR BANK DEPOSIT SLIP? To clear the file you must
enter YES in full. Any other reply
will abort the procedure.
