- GENERAL LEDGER DATA ENTRY
This menu leads to functions that allow transactions
to be posted directly to the General Ledger. Most entries to the General Ledger
are posted as a by-line other entries, eg BILLINGS.
There are some transactions that have nothing to do with Clients or Creditors,
etc. For instance Interest Received. These are entered here.
Bank reconciliation and a simple payroll system are
also accessible from this menu.
The GENERAL
LEDGER DATA ENTRY MENU is accessed as item 3 from the
GENERAL LEDGER MENU. On selecting
this function, the following will be displayed:
