2.4.4 - QUATERLY TFN REPORT
USAGE: To a list of Mortgage records, which have had
transactions in a specified period of time, with any TFN information included.
To be included in this report, the Trust file must be associated with a TFN
record.
DISCUSSION: When you enter this program, the following
questions will appear:
USE LONG FORMAT REPORT If you are using wide stationery, reply Y, otherwise reply N. This question will only be
displayed if the relevant option is set to A, see SECTION 7.1.2.
TRANSACTION DATE RANGE This allows you to enter a range of dates to include. Often this
is used to limit the report to a reporting period, i.e. three months.
To start the report, press <Enter> through each field or simply press <F10>.
The report itself will detail the Mortgagor code,
any TFN codes and their names and addresses and the total contributions made
during the date range specified, above.
