FOREIGN CURRENCY
USAGE: Delete a Foreign Currency
record fro the Foreign Currency master-file.
DISCUSSION: Deleting a Foreign Currency
record will not affect any PURCHASES already entered, but it might cause existing
PURCHASE ORDERS to warn that the record is missing.
When you start the delete program, the computer will
initially ask for a Foreign Currency code. Insert the code and press <Enter>.
To return to the FOREIGN CURRENCY MENU, press <ESC>.
To search for an account, press <F9>. For further details on searches, see SECTION 1.2.
Having entered a valid code, the computer will
display the current information pertaining to that account. If you confirm that
you wish to delete the record, HiFinance will permanently delete the record
from the Foreign Currency master-file.
