SECTION 1.5.8M.2 - MODIFY AN
EXISTING FREIGHT TIME
USAGE: Modify the details of an
existing Freight Time. You cannot change the Postcode. This program is only
used to change the expected Freight time.
DISCUSSION: When you start the MODIFY
program, the computer will initially ask for a Postcode. Enter the Postcode and
HiFinance will display a list of Postcodes from which to choose. The screen
will display as follows:
To return to the FREIGHT TIMES MENU, press <ESC>.
Choose a Postcode. For further details on searches,
see SECTION 1.2.
Having chosen a Postcode, HiFinance will display the
current information pertaining to that Postcode. You can modify any of the
fields that are surrounded by brackets. Also, you have the following options
available via the function keys:
<F10> will complete your entry, after checking for any
inconsistencies and confirming your request. Your changes will be saved to
disk, over-writing any previously stored information.
<ESC> will return you to the Postcode entry field without
updating the master-file. If you simply wish to choose another record, use <F9> instead.
