SECTION 7.2.1.1.4 - DELETE A
DEBTOR GROUP
USAGE: Delete a Debtor Group from
the Debtor Groups master-file.
DISCUSSION: Care should be taken when deleting
a Debtor Group as no checks are made as to whether any Debtors link to the code
being deleted.
When you start the delete program, the computer will
initially ask for a Debtor Group code. Insert the code and press <Enter>.
To return to the DEBTOR GROUPS MENU, press <ESC>.
To search for a Debtor Group, press <F9>. For further details on alphabetic searches, see SECTION 1.2.
Having entered a valid code, the computer will
display the current information pertaining to that Debtor Group. If you confirm
that you wish to delete the record, HiFinance will permanently delete the
Debtor Group from the Debtor Groups master-file.
